    • Rates are per person, per night
    • All rates include a full breakfast buffet
    • Rates are quoted in South African Rands
    • All rates include 15% VAT
    • Rates subject to change without prior notice
    • Unfortunately no pets can be accommodated

    Prepayments and Deposits

    • Arniston Spa Hotel requires a 100% prepayment prior to arrival
    • Prepayments made by bank deposit are required in full at least 21 days prior to arrival
    • Authorisation may be given for the hotel to deduct a deposit from recognised credit cards
    • The hotel issues confirmation of reservations on receipt of a deposit

    Cancellation Policy

    • Deposits / prepayments are not refundable for cancellations within 21 days of arrival
    • If a booking is cancelled more than 21 days before your arrival date, you will not be charged
    • Refunds on deposits for other bookings or premature departures are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to relet the room
